Land value and capital value per m2 is now on Auckland Council GIS. Video shows you how to access it - go to the Unitary Plan viewer, add layer and search for property value and then click on add. Then use the drop down menu to display the layers that you want. This may be a useful tool
for policy and residential strategies and also for investment and development decisions. You can also see how values have changed between rating periods.
